POLENASTICS ESPAÑA - ANNIE NORRIS TOUR & MASTERCLASS
Hello, my name is Christine an I am a pole fitness instructor. I have recently started classes in the new polenastics dance studio in Los Altos, Via park 3.
Pole dance & pole fitness is a great way to Get fit, meet wonderful people, learn a skill, have fun, sculpt your physique, tone up, build your confidence and much much more.
I am please to announce our first ever polenastic event in Spain and who better to join us to start it off, none other than the amazing Annie Norris who is a judge and performer at the UK’s biggest National Amateur Pole Competition UKAPP.
The price is 60€ which includes a 2 hour poledance masterclass with Annie, meet & greet (ask her any questions you may have and have photos) followed by her performing.
Timings are still to be confirmed but we only have 20 spaces available so this is strictly on a first come (pay), first serve basis.
A (non refundable) deposit of 30€ is needed to secure you place and then the rest is required by the 16th July, 2 weeks before the event.
Once you have paid your deposit you can pay the rest in instalments as long as the total balance is paid by the due date

No deadly serious! It's a masterclass with a famous pole dancer from the UK. Some masterclasses can be as much as €150-€200 for 2-3 hours depending on who it is and where they have come from so 60€ I think that's pretty good for someone who is as good as Annie is. Do you do any form of pole fitness?

COUNTRY LIVING
I am very please to see that this site has now opened up more inland than just on the coast. I have been in Spain for only a few months but am now ready for the move to a more Spanish way of life, so I will be looking for as much info as I can get as to what life is like living in a Spanish area. I will be asking questions soon.

Does anybody have any advice on what company offers the best price, quality and connection internet in the area! At the moment we use Internet Cafe´s but really need one at home.

We have lived in Spain for a while now and you get to learn from your mistakes. At the moment there are several good deals that offer upto 10 megabytes and free calls to landlines in Spain, plus reduced rates for overseas calls and mobiles. We have Movistar the new name for Telefonica, who charge for the Internet only 19.90pm, which is not bad considering 2 years ago they were charging 49 euros, and there is RTN that also offers a decent deal and another company called Jazztel have a similar deal. I hope this helps and gives you some food for thought. Let us know who you go for in the end. Regards
